Kimberly Faulkinbury, BA
Project Coordinator, Michael Seril Fitness, Inc. Treasurer/Secretary, Excellence Through Exercise Foundation
Kimberly graduated from Whittier College with a Bachelors of Science degree in Kinesiology (2007).
She is an active member of the nationally recognized Phi Epsilon Kappa Honors society for students interested in pursuing a career in kinesiology, physical education, the medical field and other fields related to health and wellness.
She is currently attending graduate school at California State University, Fullerton to pursue a Masters degree in Kinesiology.
Kimberly’s primary goal with the Michael Seril Fitness, Inc. and Michael Seril Enterprise is to assist with research, publishing and public relations, including her role as Treasurer/Secretary with the Excellence through Exercise Foundation.
Adina Cozma, NASM-CPT
Adina Cozma NASM-CPT joined the ranks of the Michael Seril Fitness Team as our first female personal trainer.
She is certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), which is a nationally accredited association and one of the top five personal trainer certificates in the country.
Adina is currently attending Fullerton College and will be transferring to California State University Fullerton next year to pursue her Bachelors degree in Kinesiology.
Her passion, energy and willingness to help each of her clients makes Adina an unbelievable fitness professional.
Adina works closely with Michael in various community outreach projects including her involvement with the Excellence through Exercise Foundation and Michael’s seminars throughout the community.
Janice Foust, RD, CDE
She is a Registered Dietitian who earned her Bachelors degree in Dietetics with an emphasis in Exercise Physiology from University of California at Davis and completed her internship at Oregon Health Sciences University/VAMC in Portland.
Janice has been a Certified Diabetes Educator for the past 14 years. This is a credential that only certain health professionals can earn after they have specialized in the care and education of people with diabetes. These professionals must also pass a proficiency exam and maintain continuous education units.
Janice has been employed for the past 18 years as a Registered Dietitian in a variety of medical settings including inpatient and outpatient. Her areas of expertise includes renal, diabetes, cardiac, infectious disease, cancer, weight control, sports nutrition and cholesterol. She is a life long runner and understands the connection between fitness and nutrition. Her experience as a Registered Dietitian allows her to provide you with the best meal plan for your personal goals and health concerns.
Sean Boehm, ACE-CPT
Sean is certified by the American Council on Exercise, and is currently finishing the Fitness Specialist Certification program at Rio Hondo Community College.
In a year and a half, sean will be transferring from Rio Hondo to Cal State University, Fullerton to pursue his Bachelors degree in Kinesiology.
He will be assisting with the Excellence Through Exercise Foundation by doing various projects and outreach programs. Sean’s passion, willingness, and outgoing personality makes him a viable member of the MSF and ETE team and a fantastic fitness professional. |
