PRE-REGISTRATION FOR OUR FITNESS CLASSES
(Classes will begin January 7, 2008)
(Approximately 40 classes will be offered every month)
- Two month (unlimited/month) membership for $250 (savings of $50)
- Two month (8 fitness classes /month) membership for $225 (savings $25)
- Two month (4 fitness classes/month) membership for $150 (savings $10)

NORMAL INVESTMENTS FOR OUR FITNESS CLASSES
- One month (unlimited/month) membership for $150
- One month (8 fitness classes /month) membership for $125
- One month (4 fitness classes/month) membership for $80
- Drop-In Fee $25 (cash only)

*NOTE: Sessions are non-refundable and does not carry over to the next month if not used

“Move it & lose it”
(This class is strictly for beginners)

If you have NO prior experience with exercise, this is the class for you. You will learn basic and easy to do movements that will get you started in your quest towards a healthier and more functional tomorrow. It will be new, fun and exciting and you will not regret coming to this class.




Mat Pilates

Pilates is an exercise system focused on improving flexibility and strength for the total body, promoting physical harmony and balance. It is a series of controlled movements engaging your body and mind leaving you refreshed and alert with a feeling of physical and mental well-being.

Learn the fundamentals of Pilates floor exercises and the principles of breathing, concentration and coordination in a friendly, supportive environment. Improve coordination, posture, body awareness, and strength. This class provides a low-impact workout for people of all ages and health backgrounds. The approach is tailored to each person's needs so you leave feeling healthier and more invigorated.




Hatha Yoga

30-Min AB Blaster

Tired of love handles? 30-minute AB Blaster classes are offered at two levels: beginners and advance. These classes consist of crunches, bicycle kicks, stabilization...etc. Doses of cardio in between AB exercise to help you shrink your waistline. Learn safe and effective AB exercises to reach your goals. AB Blaster will continuously challenge and strengthen your abdominals. Take the challenge and commitment to get rid of those love handles.




30-Min Tighter Assets
(Beginner and Advance Classes)

Are you currently happy with your assets? If you've got the energy, then we've got the workout for you. 30-minutes tighter assets classes are fun and energetic for beginners and advance clients. These classes focus on tightening up your glutes and cardio in between exercises to help you achieve tighter assets and fit into that pair of “skinny jeans”.




"2 Fast 4 U" (For athletes only)
(Max 6 Athletes)

The name speaks for itself. This class will help athletes out perform their opponents. Not only will this class improve athletes' speed, agility, explosiveness, reaction and coordination through sport specific drills, it will also increase athletes' confidence during critical game situations.




Lunchbox Fitness
(For kids ages 9 – 12)

Fitness Anonymous Roundtable – Fitness Anonymous Roundtable is an in depth discussion about health and fitness goals. It will be open to only 10 participants. No exercises, just powerful, motivational and inspirational words.
